Welcome to your healing journey! My mission is to help you be the best version of yourself.I help men and women feel truly happy, peaceful and empowered so they can:

Cope with stressful moments better
Break through blockages that cause you to relive your trauma
Feel confident in asserting boundaries
Embody self love and show you that you are truly magical

I use Reiki Healing energy to help remove blockages that are keeping you stuck in your everyday life, allowing the energy to flow freely through each Chakra. I follow up with helpful recommendations and tips for you to take and implement into your daily life, so you may continue to help heal yourself in between sessions. It is truly an honour to assist you on your journey.
